Pan-Indian star Prabhas has multiple ambitious projects in his pipeline, and Kalki 2898 AD is one among them, being made on a mammoth budget. Mahanati director Nag Ashwin is at the helm of this mytho sci-fi drama.
The latest update reveals that the movie team has been shooting a song featuring Prabhas and Disha Patani in a special set erected in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. Simultaneously, the dubbing works for the movie are progressing rapidly. Ayaz Pasha shared on his Instagram Story that the dubbing works are underway. Additionally, other tasks, such as VFX, are also ongoing to ensure the film meets its high standards.
The team is working tirelessly to meet the deadlines as the movie gears up for a massive release across the globe on May 9, 2024, in multiple Indian languages and possibly in English.
Deepika Padukone, who recently attended the BAFTA 2024 event as a presenter, is the female lead in this grand project. Apart from the main cast, the movie also boasts luminaries like Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and Pasupathy.
