The makers of Salaar took everyone by surprise with the film’s new release date. The movie will grace the big screens on 22nd December 2023. King Khan Shah Rukh’s Dunki is also releasing on the same day, and hence, this is indeed the biggest clash in the Indian film industry.
Well, here is some good news for Prabhas fans. The movie will have the biggest ever release in the USA for any Indian film despite having Dunki and Hollywood biggie Aquaman in competition. Salaar will release in over 1979 locations in the US region as per the latest update. Before the postponement, Salaar registered tremendous pre-sales in the USA region.
While solid openings are assured, the full-run collections will depend on the content. Directed by Prashanth Neel, Shruthi Haasan played the female lead. Prithviraj Sukumaran and Jagapathi Babu played key roles. Produced by Hombale Films, Salaar will have the music of Ravi Basrur.
