Prabhas Was Very Emotional With Krishnam Raju On The Sets Of Radhe Shyam , Recollects Director Radha Krishna.

Prabhas was very emotional yesterday, mourning the demise of his uncle, his inspiration and his support system, Krishnam Raju. We all know that Krishnam Raju took his last breath on Sunday in the early hours. The last rites were performed yesterday. Prabhas couldn’t control his tears while recollecting the memories with Krishnam Raju yesterday at the last rites. He broke down severely. Not only Prabhas, many other celebrities who went there to see Krishnam Raju for one last time also broke down in tears. Radha Krishna, the director of Radhe Shyam, the last movie of Prabhas and Krishnam Raju together, recollected a few memories of Krishnam Raju from the sets of his film and shared them with the media.

Prabhas played the role of Vikramaditya, an internationally acclaimed palmist, in the film Radhe Shyam, as known to us all. In the film, Krishnam Raju played the role of Paramahamsa, the Guru of Vikramaditya. Both Krishnam Raju and Prabhas did a few scenes together in the film, which stood as one of the major highlights of the film. The last scene between the duo, as per the screenplay of the film, was also the last scene shot between them on the sets. The last scene has a very moving dialogue from Paramahamsa, which means that the character is in the last days of his life as per his destiny. While shooting that scene, Prabhas felt very emotional with Krishnam Raju delivering that dialogue. Somehow he felt that Krishnam Raju was really in the last stage of his life, as he was 82 years old by then. Prabhas was left with tears on the sets of Radhe Shyam on that day’s shooting.

Radha Krishna also said that they were doubtful if Krishnam Raju would accept the role when Prabhas wished for it. But to everyone’s surprise, Krishnam Raju came to the sets with all his energy and passion, even at the age of 82. Radha Krishna said that Krishnam Raju was a huge inspiration to them all on the sets of Radhe Shyam.
