Baahubali The Epic: Prabhas and Rana’s Playful Promotion Steals the Spotlight

S.S. Rajamouli’s iconic Baahubali saga is making a grand comeback to theatres—this time as a single, reimagined cinematic experience titled Baahubali: The Epic, set to release on October 31, 2025. Combining both parts of the blockbuster into one epic film, this re-release promises to deliver the story like never before—and fans are already buzzing with anticipation.

The promotional campaign has kicked off in style, blending nostalgia with clever social media engagement. The official Baahubali account posed the question:
“What if Kattappa didn’t kill Baahubali?”
The internet exploded with reactions, and the cast jumped in to add fuel to the fire.

Rana Daggubati, ever in character as the ruthless Bhallaladeva, responded:
“I would have killed him instead.”
Pure Bhalla energy.

Not to be outdone, Prabhas delivered a brilliant comeback on Instagram by quoting Rana’s post:
“I let it happen Bhalla… for this,”
attaching the now-legendary ₹1000 crore poster of Baahubali 2.
Just like that, the campaign went viral.

Now, all eyes are on the rest of the cast—Anushka Shetty, Sathyaraj, Ramya Krishnan—hoping they’ll join the fun and turn this into a full-fledged reunion celebration.

Meanwhile, the buzz is already translating into numbers. Over on BookMyShow, the film has crossed 81,000 interests, proving that the magic of Baahubali remains timeless, even after nearly a decade.

Baahubali: The Epic will release globally in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi, inviting audiences across languages to relive the legendary tale on the big screen—this time, in a whole new way.
