Prabhas is too busy promoting his upcoming film Radhe Shyam. He is travelling to different cities across India for the promotions and interacting with different media to talk about the film. Prabhas is very confident about Radhe Shyam and here is what he said in a recent interview.
Speaking about the huge expectations of the audience on Radhe Shyam, Prabhas said that it was not an initial decision of making Radhe Shyam this big. After Saaho, Prabhas decided to do a small love story, but with the elements the story has in it, Radhe Shyam was made on a grand scale. Now the fans expect only big commercial films from Prabhas. His upcoming films Salaar, Adipurush and Project K are all Pan-Indian films and they are commercial. Prabhas wants to do a comedy film next.
Talking about his shyness to face the media, Prabhas said that he used to be shy till Baahubali happened. But Rajamouli made Prabhas face the media and feel free to express about the film. Bollywood media had a grand welcome to a Telugu actor and that was the moment Prabhas left behind all the shyness and stress and took the responsibility of promoting his films with ease.
Prabhas is usually scared of watching his own films on the release day. He has that desire to watch the film along with the fans but he avoids that to get some relief from all those tensions.
Talking about Radhe Shyam, Prabhas said that the film is a tale of love and destiny. Also, the film has a lot of twists and turns. Vikramaditya’s character would be complicated. Europe was never shown in Indian films with that vintage look. The special effects are a special package in the film.
Prabhas said that he does not really believe in fate and destiny, but he played the character of a palmist in Radhe Shyam according to the role written by the director. Radha Krishna Kumar directed Radhe Shyam. The film is going to be released on 11th March, 2022.
