Studio Green and UV Creations bag Baahubali Tamil rights

Popular Tamil production house, Studio Green, has
acquired the Tamil distribution rights of the prestigious
period action drama ‘Baahubali’. They will be distributing
the film in Tamil Nadu in association with UV
Productions, the production house that made ‘Mirchi’
with Prabhas.

Studio Green is headed by Gnanavel Raja, a relative of
popular Tamil actors Suriya and Karthi. It is one of the
most influential and popular production houses in Tamil
Nadu and they have acquired the distribution rights for a
record price.

Shooting of ‘Baahubali’ is coming to an end and the film
is going to hit the screens this summer. The title of
‘Baahubali’ will remain the same across all languages.
