The team of 'Kalki 2898 AD' has officially announced that they will be arriving in theatres on 9th May 2024. The team has been quite creative in terms of promotions right from the start. They released 'From The Skratch' videos which got a good response and released the glimpse along with a motion poster at a Comic Con in the USA. We don't know whether there is a second part to this film but the shooting of 'Kalki 2898 AD' is going on at a brisk pace.
The latest update suggests that there are going to be two guest roles in the movie. The news about Dulquer Salman playing a cameo role got leaked already and the Malayalam star hero skipped the question cleverly. The official announcement is yet to arrive. As per sources, Vijay Deverakonda is going to be the second guest appearance of this movie. He has a good relationship with director Nag Ashwin. He played a superb role in Nag Ashwin's first movie 'Evade Subramanyam' and did a brief role in 'Mahanati' as well.
As per reports, he will be given a good role in decent length in 'Kalki 2898 AD'. Let us wait and see if it really happens or not. Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Hassan, Deepika Padukone and others being a part of this movie have raised the expectations to a whole new level. The makers are planning to release it on an international scale. Santosh Narayanan is the music composer while Djordje Stojilijkovic is the director of photography. Ashwini Dutt is the movie's producer. Nag Ashwin is the director of this project. Disha Patani is also a part of this film. The dystopian backdrop and the look of the actors generated a lot of interest among the viewers.
