‘Baahubali 2’ Nizam rights sold for a record price


The sequel of India’s biggest motion picture Baahubali 2 – The Conclusion has already started its invasion in telugu states. With huge craze being built over the most prestigious project of tollywood the distributors are quite confident about the business it is going to do at the box office. 

Latest news is that Nizam rights of Baahubali 2 – The Conclusion has been acquired by Sunil Narang of Asian Films for a record sum. 

A source close to the deal points out, “Narang has snatched the rights for a figure of Rs 45 crore, a never before deal in the history of Telugu cinema. Since part 1 has made close Rs 40-42 crore in Nizam territory alone, Narang is confident that part 2 too will make a killing bearing in mind the enormous hype it is carrying.

The unit of Baahubali has officially confirmed that Narayan Das Narang and Sunil Narang of Asian Enterprises had acquired the Nizam rights though they have not yet revealed the amount inside sources of the project leaked the news to the media.
